Booty Factory Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms

1. Ticket Policy
   All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to sell your ticket privately. Please notify us via email to arrange a name change for entry.
2. Admission
   Once your ticket is purchased, your name will be added to the class list for the relevant session. Please bring your confirmation email on the day in case verification is required.
3. Health & Safety
   By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are fit and able to participate in physical activity. Booty Factory is not liable for any pre-existing injuries or health conditions that may be aggravated by participation.
4. Schedule Changes
   Minor changes to the itinerary may occur prior to the event. Any updates will be communicated via email. If the event is cancelled or significant changes affect your ability to attend, a refund or ticket transfer will be offered.
5. Personal Belongings
   Attendees are responsible for their own personal items. Booty Factory is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
6. Photography & Content Creation
   A videographer and content creator will be present during the event. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify a Booty Factory team member before the class begins. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee full exclusion from all footage. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this.
7. Behaviour & Community Standards
   At Booty Factory, we pride ourselves on creating a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment. Disrespectful behaviour—including gossiping, exclusionary conduct, or any form of unkindness toward others—will not be tolerated. Booty Factory reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time if your behaviour negatively impacts the experience or safety of others.
